Burns & Pollack Lampophone Phonograph. Trumpeted copper base which acts as the sound horn, with brass mounts and brass claw feet. The shade has been refurbished to its original looks with octagonal cloth linen shade-style top with hanging tassels on the rim over 2 electric light sockets, with chain pull switches. The lid lifts to reveal the electric driven disc turntable with Burns Capitol reproducer, brass tone arm, 3 needle bins and single interior light socket. These would have been a talking piece in any drawing room of the period. The turntable automatically switches off at the conclusion of the record.
